The rooms are really spacious and conducive for bands with a big number to jam without feeling too cramped up. With the bean bags at the side of the room, users of the room can relax and jam at the same time.
Instruments are not in tip top condition at all times. An example is the electric guitar in the jamming room; it just cannot blend well with the other instruments. If the school were to provide instruments for the room, it should be maintained regularly.
The room does not have flexible booking slots. It is really inconvenient for students to be able to book the rooms hourly only. The management is too strict that students cannot book it for half an hour or an hour and a half or book the room. Booking of the rooms should be more flexible than the current situation. Moberly closes at 9.30pm on weekdays, but the staff doesn’t allow the students to book an hour slot from 8.30 because of “their rules”. They only allow us to book from 8pm.
